I use plex app on my computer and want to control playback from mobile app but I am not able to do so. Also cast button doesnt show computer from mobile app.
Which one? There are at least 4 different Plex apps which can play music. But only 2 of them are remote-controllable.
Namely Plexamp and Plex HTPC.
I’d recommend Plexamp for both controlling and playback of music. It is available both for mobile devices and desktop computers.

I like the sound of plex apps. But as I see DSD files are sent to my DAC (musician pegasus) which supports dsd 512 at least, as 44 khz.
Is there a way that it send original or even upsamples to dsd? is there something in settings i dont know?
I’m afraid DSD is only supported by transcoding it to standard definition PCM.
The best you can do is to set your DAC to a high, fixed sample rate. Like 96 kHz, for instance. Then start Playback in Plexamp and everything will be upsampled to that.
