I love syncing my media to my phone and iPad.
I use a collection called “Mobile Sync” that I use for that purpose.
The problem I have is that if I sync that collection to one device and then separately, later I want to sync the same collection to a different device then the Plex server has to re-transcode everything again.
I have a couple ideas how this may be addressed:

I would like to have an extra button in the Sync interface for something like “Keep converted copy after sync” so that the next Sync command can automatically benefit from the previous transcoding.

Put a function under the three-dot-button on Collections to allow me to Transcode the whole Collection. If a new file is added to that collection, then the Collection would automatically convert it and keep it ready for the next time the mobile device comes along.
