Hope I posted in right place.
I’ve got a problem with syncing movies on mobile devices.
In app there’s only “There is an error with this item” error message…
I checked my logs through PlexPy and that’s what i noticed (replaced id’s with xxxxx)
Sync: downloaded 5 sync list(s) with 9 sync items(s): 0 new, 0 updated, 0 deleted
Sync: sync list xxxxx belonging to user xxxxx (xxxxx) has died of old age, ignoring
Checked on multiple devices/remote accounts.
Syncing TV Series works like a charm…
Of course I’ll attach logs if needed…
Running latest PMS Plex Pass version…
Additionally… some remote users on Chrome experienced problems with “Resume from” option not resuming from proper moment.
