Near-Immediate "There is an error with this item" for many music files in Mobile sync

Hi there,

I’ve recently tried to move over my music to Plex, downloading and syncing only what I need to take offline. Sadly, it seems that the sync feature to go with my brand new Plex pass hasn’t been working out for me.

When syncing most albums or playlists, the sync will not finish, due to a prompt underneath each item stating there “is an error with this item.” I have attached Android logs from a fresh reinstall and sync of a playlist that has given me this issue.

I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this – I’ve relocated my transcoder cache directory to a much larger partition (terabytes large), I’ve cleared data and reinstalled, I’ve tried to pull the original quality files (as opposed to transcoding down to 192 kbps), and nothing will work. Even more strangely: some albums will sync without a hitch, and others will not work – no matter what I try…

I know this has been an issue that has plagued Android users for awhile – maybe my logs will help. Offline Sync was the #1 reason I bit the bullet and took a Plex Pass (supporting you folks is also nice :grinning:) so, please help me help you help me solve this issue!

The server logs are needed please (the main PMS server in the host).
The mini server logs from the app don’t help at this point.

Please recreate / capture the sync & download again then capture the logs.
(Make certain VERBOSE logging is off)
