I am resorting to forum help… i have been a Plex Pass member for 2-3 years. always enjoyed syncing content for vacations for the kids etc… But today some movie files are not syncing.
the iPhone & iPad apps are both not syncing at all (which is always how I’ve synced before) - i have been syncing tonight from the web app. but still 1 particular movie ‘Trolls’ is not working. and many are not working. I have successfully synced 1 movie and 4 tv episodes to an iPad so far. i don’t understand why some do and some don’t. 2 in question are both .mkv video files 1.7GB and 2.4GB. the 1.7GB file (Trolls) does not work i get error “An error occurred while syncing this media” in the web app
i have latest versions all up to date of all software PLEX and iOS
its so painful when Plex do not have a support phone number to call… we go to the airport on Saturday !
