I just installed the Plex app on iOS, followed the instructions (logging in to Plex Pass etc), etc, but I cannot sync videos from our Plex Server. The sync’ed items always shows a Unable to sync entry in the Incomplete Items section. Clicking on the (!) icon yields an alert stating,
An unknown error occurred.
(not exactly a helpful, actionable diagnostic message)
Is there something I can do to get this to work, or is there a known issue and further effort’s futile until something is fixed by by the developers?
