Since a few weeks, I started to sync on my ipad video. 75% of video that contains TrueHD 5.1 and 7.1 audio failed. In stream, work very well.
I will do several tests and add the logs each time. Thanks for reply.

Not sure if Sync is the same problem but failure to optimize videos with TrueHD is probably related to this: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error (Memory Allocation failures)
None of your logs show any error on sync. What is reporting the error? and exactly what times?
You have verbose logging enabled so logs only cover a short timespan

Where was the error displayed and exactly what time
It may be necessary to also have the plex app logs as well to go with the server logs
Please disable verbose logging and just keep debug logging enabled on the server to get longer time cover in the log

It’s really weird. Streaming, everything is fine. All movies with TrueHD, error by optimizing. I’m going to move it in the c: I’m going to optimize it and I’m going to optimize one in the same hard drive HARDDRIVE12 sans TrueHD.
In what log I can see his error?
The error was in the Plex Media Server.log
This log file gets moved to Plex Media Server.1.log when it reaches 5Mb in size or when you relaunch Plex Media Server. All the logs shift up by 1 - so oldest would be Plex Media Server.5.log

I did another test which, I think, proves that there is a problem with the TrueHd.
Ghost in the Shell (2017).mkv whit TrueHd track.
Start at 4:03 and crash at 4:18

After that. I used MkvToolnix to remove the TrueHd track. Remove the source and scan to keep the movie without the TrueHd track.
Start at 4:29 done without problem at 4:42

What I noticed.
Whit TrueHD track:
CPU usage: not over 10%
RAM: up to 3400mb

CPU usage: 50-70%
RAM: 280-390mb
