Sync in Version 1.14.0.5470 busted

Player Version#: 5.7.2

This just started with the latest server update. Any show that I had previously setup to sync, say for unplayed versions and a limit of 3, will sync when I watch an existing episode. BUT anything new that I want to sync, a movie or a TV series, will say pending and NEVER change to converting or downloading. It will sit for a day of more just saying pending. I tried this on 2 devices with the same result. Both iPads. Will be trying on an iPhone next with music / audiobooks.

Prior to the server update, syncing worked okay. Was not great or smooth, but at least it did work.

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information to help diagnose and fix this issue.

In case anyone reads this post, I downgraded to the previous version of Plex (successfully, no lost data or anything), and the sync function once again works. I am happy that it is working, and I know that the team has stated that they are working on making Sync good. Praying for that day, as syncing is just not smooth and seamless as it should be. So much is great about Plex, but there are just some areas that need to be ironed out from a UX perspective and a functionality perspective.
