Since updating my server a couple of months back my Sync feature has stopped working yet again. It is just stuck on “Waiting for server”. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad and I have re-installed on both. It doesn’t matter what I try to sync, audio, video, single items etc. This is also happening to at least one of my other Plex users. Playback of all content works fine on all devices - just the sync feature is dead.
Server version is 1.5.5.3634 (Windows).
I have a lifetime pass.
