Sync is not available because another user has synced items on this device

Hi !

I am a newly Plex Pass user and the main reason I purchased it was for the sync feature.

My Plex is configured with 1 main user and 1 home user.

Use case:

  1. On my iPhone running Plex 6.10.1 I select my main account and I proceed to Sync a movie. This works fine and the movie is sync for offline viewing.
  2. I switch account to the manager user and try to sycn another movie on the same device and I then get the following error message: Sync is not available because another user has synced items on this device.
  3. I switch account to the main account and delete my sync movie.
  4. I switch back to managed user account and I still get the same message Sync is not available because another user has synced items on this device.

Basically once you have synch from one account on the same device, I will never be able to sycn on another other account on the same device even if I have deleted all sync movies. The only solution is to delete the plex player on iOS and then reinstall it.

After the reinstall I can select the managed user and start a sycn, this will work… but again, I wont be able to sycn any movies using the main account even if I delete any sync movies on the managed account.

On a seperate question, on PMS, how can I remove the devices I no longer have (iPhone for example) on the Status/Sync menu ? From there I can choose different devices. How can I delete those I am not using anymore ?
