Have the media quality set for the device not the media, such that I can define that all media going to device x should be 720p etc by default? , at the moment it remembers the last setting however this should be device-specific it only remembers for a session and is independent of the device ta the moment.
key is media quality setting are a device driven setting not a content-driven setting
