Sync my watch state and ratings - Breaking core features

I would like to report some recent issues that only occur when SYNC MY WATCH STATE AND RATINGS is turned on.

I think something about the way this feature has been implemented (or updated recently) is currently deeply dysfunctional and that it should be a high priority to fix given the features it renders (almost) unusable.

1. User star rating / Rate & Review button is nowhere to be seen
   This unforeseen behaviour has already been reported here and should be fixed soon hopefully.

2. Add to watchlist / Remove from watchlist unresponsiveness
   The watchlist button doesn’t work most of the time. When pressed, the button often switches to the desired state for half a second before reverting back and nothing is effectively added or removed from the watchlist. Or, rarely, the item is effectively added or removed but the button remains indefinitely unupdated (out of sync), even after a whole server + client restart. This is valid for library items as well as for items only present in the Plex online movies and TV shows database. And while this has been mostly seen on Plex for Mac, Apple TV and iPad clients, I believe this behaviour concerns all clients (as it is, in fact, mainly an account thing) at different degrees of frequency.

3. Streaming Services selection unresponsiveness
   Adding or removing Streaming Services doesn’t work at all anymore. After selection has been made and the SAVE button pressed, nothing is effectively added or removed. Reopening the selection screen right after it has been saved displays the changes correctly but the Discover / Trending screen remains unupdated and restarting the client confirms that nothing has effectively been saved as the added or removed services are back to their initial state on the selection screen as well. This affects all clients as far as I can tell.

Disabling SYNC MY WATCH STATE AND RATINGS solves ALL these issues immediately.
