Sync pending on all devices

Hello

All of my users, myself included, cannot sync content to any of their devices. This inclues iPhone & iPad.

Any episode or movies just gets stuck at “pending”. None of the sync requests show up on the server under “conversions”.

Any ideas?

Server Version#: 1.20.1.3252 (unRAID)
Player Version#: Can’t find where this information is

Having the same problem. I was having issues with Plex unexpectedly quitting and I needed to do a factory reset on my Iphone X anyway. Fresh install of everything, removed my device from Plex PMS and tried pulling from the phone and pushing from Plex Web - still pending.
