It looks like you are experiencing the same error I am. You are receiving a Soci exception shortly after the server tries to synchronize the transcoded media. A staff member has analyzed this issue and has created an internal bug so it should hopefully get fixed soon.

As for a temporary fix, you can roll back the PMS version with an older one to have synchronization work again.
