Why can I as the sever “Limit remote stream bitrate” ie. 4 mbps and “Remote streams allowed per user” ie. 1 and “Maximum simultaneous video transcode” ie. 4, but when a user/client is “ALLOW DOWNLOADS” enabled, it’s at full upload bandwidth ie. 22 mbps? I as the server should have control over that because if someone is downloading there is no bandwidth left for streaming.
