Synced content does not load in new iOS app

We can’t get any of our Synced content to work offline in the new iOS app.

Troubleshooting steps so far:
Server Version: 1.16.6.1592

  1. Deleted all the content and tried to re-synced (see 3 & 4)
  2. Removed iOS app and re-installed
  3. Tried to sync content from phone
    • This completes the sync but once disconnected from WiFi no content will display in the app
  4. Tried to sync content from desktop app
    • This converts the content and then it just sits waiting to download

Please help as I miss my music.

#3 is fixed with version 6.1 on iOS.

Just downloaded and it appears to be fixed.

For this one, I recommend starting a new thread under Plex Players / Desktop Players category and tag it with player-windows (or player-mac as appropriate).
