Syncing media with subtitles to ios devices does not work. Subtitles is not burned in and you cant select the subtitles that is showen in the ios app for the synced media.
I think this issue is with the ios profile xml file in the plex server

I have the same problem.
It’s been holding on for a few months now. As far I can remember it’s at least 9 months.
I deleted the iOS app and changed settings in the server but can not locate the problem.
