Synced music skipping like crazy in the iOS app

Anyone had any issues where synced Music on an iPhone or IPad skips several seconds of audio or sometimes stops randomly?

I’m having this issue with nearly all synced music, with skips several seconds long in nearly every song.

Details on my environment are:
iPhone 6S
iOS 10.2.1
Plex 4.7

My Plex Server is on Ubuntu but I tried a clean Plex Server install on macOS and syncing with that exhibits the same issue.

Music files are flacs mainly.

Incidentally how the heck do you contact Plex support?

Their support page seems to just link to these forums.

I’m having the same issue. It doesn’t always happen but it’s annoying enough to notice.
