Hi Everyone, since the Plex App Updated a few months back with the New look, it’s made it so much harder for me to view synced content on a mobile device.
I Sync TV shows on my wife’s phone so she can watch them on the train, but i am unable to view them unless i am connected to the internet, the internet coverage is poor during the trip to work so it stops and starts a lot.
To navigate to Synced content i click TV Shows, then the top left hand Icon (Server Name) and i then turn Offline Browsing “on”.
On my phone the content is displayed, but on my wife’s Phone, i get the message “Go Online”
On the 2nd pic i can see the TV Episodes have Synced as the icon is there but i still can’t view them
this used to work very well, but it doesn’t seem to want to work on my Wife’s Phone!
What am i doing wrong?
