Synology 918+ - Server not starting

Running Synology 918+ and suddenly the server is not up. First I re-started the entire NAS and realize that the NAS will not start the Plex server. The message is “Failed to run the package service.”.

Before this everything was working fine. What to do?

Open File Station,
Go to the Plex share
Drill down in to Library until you see Logs

Right-click Compress to Logs.zip (add your username to Permissions list if needed)
