Synology DS118 Wont start after install

Player Version#:

I’ve just installed the above on my DS but when I launch the app it just says sight can’t be reached (http://192.168.0.71:32400/web)

Is there anything else I need to install?

Thanks for your response, I wasn’t having any look so I uninstalled the package and made sure I had the latest version but every time I try to run the server it says “Failed to run package service”. I went to the Application Support folder but there are no logs so not sure why its failing to load. Any suggestion?

please do the following:

  1. Delete the Plex share (Control Panel - Shared Folders)
  2. Delete the Plex user (Control Panel - Users)
  3. Uninstall the package
  4. Restart the NAS
  5. Install the package
  6. Let me know if the Plex share is created and user plex is created.
