Synology always spits out query too slow

DSM Version: 6.2.3-25426 Update 2
CPU: Intel Celeron J3455
RAM: 8GB
Drives:  Seagate Ironwolf 12TB x4

Query too slow all the time, I run optimizations frequently and still no good. Its a DS1019+ so should have plenty of beef to get things going properly. I do have a TON of data on here, but its still strange.

When running an optimization i get the following line 19 times.

INFO - SQLITE3:(nil), 17, statement aborts at 57: [select * from metadata_items limit 1] database schema has changed.

I have already tried the SSH optimization as well as the manual trim of the database to no avail. can provide logs upon request.

so its safe to just ignore the performance and errors? I used to have Plex running on a much older Synology and it ran much better than this I just assumed something was going on.
