Synology and Sonos no longer working?!?!?

Server Version#: 1.21.3.4046
Player Version#: Sonos

Yesterday it was working. Today it is not. My Sonos can see the playlists and tracks, but when I select them I get an error: It seems to time out. “An error occurred adding while tracks to the queue (701)”

On the Sonos app I get a quick message popup that says. “Unable to contact the Plex Media Server. Please check your server settings at plex.tv and make sure that Remote access is enabled”.

Eventually, the sonos screen says “Remote access has always been enabled. And yes, I just confirmed that it is still enabled.”

Anyone else having this issue?

Ugh… I didn’t want to upgrade. But, upgrading fixed the problem. So, thanks.

My hesitancy in upgrading is that I had the last Plex release before they removed Grid View. I’ve been holding out on upgrading because while app.plex.tv took away gridview, my local installation still had it.
