When I want to play music from my SONOS app (on my desktop as well as on my Android phone) My SONOS app announces that the PLEX Mediaserver is not accessible.
I did everything that in former answers and questions here at this forum was suggested.
Remote acces is on, I updated my sonos app, updated Plex, rebooted my Fritz!box router, but still Sonos cannot find my plex media.
What can I do?

A week later still this problem exists: my Plex media server is unaccesible for SONOS. I use Sonos on my Desktop and on my (android) Phone. After clicking on Plex in the SONOS app is got the message: “No Plex Media Server available. Please make sure your Plex Media Server is accessible”.
For some months I frequently met problems in the cooperation between SONOS and Plex.
In former weeks
- I updated to DSM 7 with some help from Synology (version DSM 7.0.1-42218 )
- I updated Plex with the help of some people of this forum, Plex Web version 4.63.0
- I updated my SONOS app (version 13.4 on my Phone and the same version 13.4 on my
Desktop, build 66423090)
Moreover I removed and renewed Plex as a music service in the SONOS app.
This morning I Tried to select music in the Plex server to play and I got still the same message no Plex available.
I made a logfile of the plex media server (see attachment).

hi everybody
Till today I got no answers nor help.
So I decided to reinstall Plex via Sign out and unclaim this server.
After reinstalling I read on my Plex screen that I had no permission to open my music menu item.
So I opened Control Panel checked all the permissions for Plex.
But that changed nothing.
So I opened Plex settings , authorized devices, and removed all entries, also the server (with a date of somewhere in Spring 2021).
Now, still no music via Plex and No plex via Sonos.
Grrrrrr.
In the settingsmenu the advanced settings with the debug-item has disappeared.
There is however still a debug menu and there I made the attachment.

hello Everybody
I see no answers to my questions, so I decide to remove the actual Plex installation and restart the Plex installation on my Synology NAS from scratch.
Does somebody know which steps I must take to install Plex in a stable situation, in which I can handle my SONOSapp to choose my music via Plex.
