Synology DS214 Play - Plex is running, but no option to open it?

Hi, I’m running Plex o the above NAS box, I’ve always been able to open up Plex from within the NAS interface to get it to manually update when I add files etc.

This option has disappeared? I have run, if stopped, stop, if running and uninstall as the only options.

Tried reinstalling Plex from the site, no difference.

I cannot speak for the Synology App Center. I do remember there used to be an Open option.

However… you can achieve the exact same by using the URL https://your-DS214play-ip-address:32400/web or http://your-DS214play-ip-address:32400/web

Hi, just to double-check. I leave the colon in before :32400/web? If that is the case, neither work.

could be https://192.168.0.10:32400/web – with the 192.168.0.10 part being replace by the actual IP address of the DS214 play.

Make sure the Plex Media Server is actually running – if it doesn’t, this request will fail.
