Let’s back up.
yes I was able to install the package
I’m going to assume you and the NAS are on the same RFC-1918 compliant network – meaning 192.168.x.x , or 10.x.x.x
You should be able top open PMS by opening a browser tab to http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web
very much like you do to the Syno on port 5000
If that isn’t working.
when that finishes, Right-click Logs.zip and download it.
then upload here.
I’ll look at what’s happening.
Logs.zip (131.2 KB)
That looks good.

What I don’t see here is any authentication.
Did you open the server and claim it? IF so, I don’t see any of that activity.
You mentioned both Proxy and Firewall.
If you’re using it, make certain the DSM Firewall allows port 32400/TCP
If you do need to configure the firewall, here’s everything you need to run on the LAN.
Most of us run with the DSM firewall OFF because our modem/router is already providing that function.
how can I open the server and claim it
Normally, Opening the server URL, by typing the address in the address bar, is all you need.
Using PMS is like opening a browser page.
I’ve tried and it does not open
Show me a screenshot of what you see please ?
thanks I was able to use the page http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web and it work but now my remote access remain disable
