I’ve got lates server version of server on my Synology DS218+. Also I’ve tried everything what I could find on this forum. But, it is still No soup for you message.
Is anyone could help me to decode my logs to understand what I am missing.
Hello I tried this, but automatically if I open ipadress:332400 it want only pin code of my user and a can not see my server. Also I look in to log file, my nas have ip 192.168.1.2 but in log I can find it but also I can find ip 192.168.2.1:
I have static public IP, Ubiquiti USG and my network have only 192.168.1.x
But this user is admin. I do not have nothing on network with ip range 192.168.2.X. My old PMS server have trouble with media folder, now I know that was by security changes of PLEX app, and I delete it, deauthorize PMS, delete app, user Plex, and shared folder PLEX, reboot my Synology and made fresh install. But now I can not login with my creditials. Plex does not want it, only ask for PIN. I also deleted my cookies from all browsers, I go on plex on nas only by local IP.
Ok, I removed PIN from my user, restart everything and after login on ipadress:32400 I get No soup for you. Plex user have R/W to Plex share and also on share with my media.
In setting I have only PLEX WEB, also in Authorised devices I can not see my Synology PMS.
