Plex server missing

Hello,

For fiew months plex worked well. I can log on my server but nothing is there. My plex server is missing.no my movies or my photos .In settings there no my libary or some info about my server at all.
i log in my admin account and my home screen is emty. Same goes to my user accounts. no files on homescreen. home screen is emty. In banner ther is YOUR MEDIA if i click there then i get home scren emty and big text add your media to plex. I have media server but now gone -how? Why ? how i get it back?

How are you accessing your server?
Have you tried connecting through its local IP address? – e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine; http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise

I’m having similar symptoms on my Western Digital EX2 Ultra!

I know - I’m thinking it might be inherent in all NAS systems!

but how i can fix this or what i must do next? i still alone with this problem

OK id don like you ask
but now when preferences are reneme. Then i log in whit my admin with PIN and get ->Not authorized
