typically daily, my plex server on synology loses connection - I have even set up a cron job to stop/restart at 5:00 am in hopes it would occur with less frequency. Just finished a movie - ran fine then select to a different movie and it hangs and my library goes offline (I’ve tried 3 different devices - windows device, linux and IOS device - all get same error about the server can’t be reached). IF these logs don’t have the issue let me know as it will happen again soon I’m sure. I had this same topic opened and thought I was thru the errors…but had hardly used plex until a few weeks ago (stay at home orders and all)…not sure if this should be combined with previous similar issue or not. I will attach new logs soon as I believe I had verbose on also

Thank you. All steps done but still working on checking files with ffmpeg. So far rock solid! Filebot = Time saver!!
