Synology DS718+ NAS - Plex suddenly unable to find content

Running Synology DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 6

After a recent update to the Plex server the app is suddenly unable to find any of my content and says, “the file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and the necessary drive is accessible.” It hasn’t been updating any new content either.
I’ve checked the DS718+ and all files are still in the same place. I’ve also optimised the database and cleaned bundles in the hope that might work - no joy.

Thanks, that’s fixed it up… I’ll never get back the hour and a half I spent trying to troubleshoot myself though :sleepy::sleepy::sob::sob::sob:

Think of it as preventive maintenance.
