File is shown as not available

My setup:
I have installed the new Update from my Synology DS918+ DSM 6.2.2-24922 and updated the plexserver to 1.15.4.994-107756f7e

My problem:
Every File is shown as not available. then I deleted the folder from the library and added it. Now comes the message that no objects were found in this folder

Does somebody has any idea?

Same issue since the update! Movies and shows are in the usual folders but unable to play them on ATV (shows as UNAVAILABLE)… I tried re-linking the folder but now I’m unable to select the sub-folder where the files are!

You mean the problem comes more from the server and not from the Synology?

I can play the files from the Synology without problem, the files are not missing nor corrupted…
My Movie library is unable to play any movies when using Plex.

yes with me too, I thought it might be due to changes to the SAMBA protocol etc

Thanks for posting this. Did the DSM 6.2.2 update last night and everything became unavailable. Tipped me off that within Plex, I could not add any folders. It looked like a permission issue, but wasn’t sure how to fix.

Question on which setting to give plex, the article suggests R/O, but was permission did it have before the DSM upgrade? R/W? or R/O? I granted R/W since I do sometimes delete files within Plex, especially duplicates.
