I run plex server on my Synology ds918+. Bought Plex Pass in order to use hw-transcoding and thought I should be able to play most kind of videos. When I try to play a video on my Apple TV 4k using the Plex App (experimental player) it takes like 1 minute before it starts playing and after that, I can watch a couple of seconds before I get some popup saying that the server could not handle this video. If I use Infuse on my Apple TV, the video plays without any problem. All my devices are connected trough wired gigabit ethernet. Is this expected? I thought my synology in combination with plex pass were supposed to be able to handle this or was I wrong?
