Synology DS918+ Running 1.12.3.4973-215c28d86 No PMS Video Preview on fast forward.

This was working a few weeks ago and now appears to have stopped on all newly added content.

I downloaded the logs and can see no errors.

I checked both advanced library settings to ensure “Generate video preview thumbnails” and “Enable video preview thumbnails” are set properly.

Any ideas on where to start?

BTW: not running Plex in docker.

Both “Generate video preview thumbnails” and “Enable video preview thumbnails” are set to “As a scheduled task and when media is added”.

Note: I scheduled a reboot last night, failing any corrections, I will do a PLEX uninstall/reinstall later today.

Reboot Worked!

PMS thumbnails now show up for advancing and rewinding. (excellent)
