Synology DS918+ This server is not powerful enough to convert video

I purchased a Synology DS918+ a while back. Finally getting started with PLEX; however, I am getting a message that the server is not powerful enough to convert video. I was under the impression that the DS918+ was plenty powerful for transcoding video. Any help getting started would be appreciated.

Thank you, as I am just getting started with PLEX. As far as I know, I am at the current version available on Synology. Where can I find the FAQ?

I paid for the PLEX Pass and went to Server> Transcoder> Advanced> and checked Use Hardware Acceleration. Still getting This Server is not powerful enough… I’m trying to play a video from My Headlines feed on the home screen.

I manually upgraded my PMS on my Synology from 1.13.x to 1.15.x and the issue resolved.
