Hi, I only found closed topics on this. I used to use a script to auto-update Plex in DSM 6. A DSM 7 script has to be written from the ground up. It sounds like maybe trumpy81 made one.

I’d love to get my hands on it or one that works for the latest version of Plex on DSM 7. If I missed a current topic on this, I’m sorry, I really searched.

Works perfect. But no update on that one too. I’m waiting a good script to update to DSM 7

No one? I’m reading carefully the posts from @ChuckPa and it looks to me that using DSM 7 for plex media server is more a headache than an improvement. Maybe i will stick with 6.2 for now. it’s working fine.

There is no “script” to update to DSM 7. That’s not something which can be automated.

If you’re content on DSM 6 – STAY THERE :slight_smile:

unless i am forced to I’ll be keeping my DS1019+ on DSM 6
