Synology NAS and PLEX server disconnected in offline mode

Brand new NAS user here, I live in an unstable internet area. While the internet is switching online and offline and vice versa. I can’t access my NAS in the local network (DSM and shared folders). Also, can’t access the PLEX (Note: When my PLEX server was on my PC I can do that). It’s like NAS disconnected from local network for while.

Any guide to fix this issue. Actually, I bought NAS especially for PLEX.

I know its nas communication issue. But no one reply in synology forum.

I do all steps you mentioned before and still the same.
