Synology NAS Blu-Ray to MKV organizing documentary multi episodic type files

Newbie. I think my question is regarding what’s called episodic type Blu-ray’s

I converted Blu-ray to mkv of the documentary “World at War”. It has 9 Blu-ray Discs with each disc having multi episodes. Used DVDFab for the Blu-ray to mkv rip.
I created Folders Media/documentaries/WWII/WAW/DISKx. X=1-9. Put multi files of mkv into each DISKx folder.
Plex doesn’t see the multiple MKV files of each episode. Hopefully you understand my issue. Suggestions on how I should organize so Plex sees the episodic files?
