Whenever I try to play a video file with Plex, my Synology NAS freezes immediately. I can’t ping it or connect via the DSM web UI at all, and my router can’t see it on the network. The only way to get it back is to hard reboot by holding the power button.
The issue only started a few days ago, with the NAS behaving perfectly reasonably before. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plex several time and even rolling back to the “official” Synology version. Please help!
