Synology on DS1515+ with Telestar Digibit R1

I have Plex working splendidly apart from a complete inability to set up TV streaming from my Telestar Digibit R1.
The tuner is working and is recognized by Synology.
I can enter Country - United Kingom and Postcode but this is not recognised and I have to enter the path to an xmltv.xml file.
What should the path look like? Is it relative to ‘Volume1’ the linux root or some other unknown place??
Can the path be to some URL?
