Running Plex on Synology - No menu option for Live TV & DVR

I just reinstalled Plex on my NAS server and I lost the option for Live TV and DVR. I have a networked tuner. Running Version 4.87.2 of PLEX.

Please help

Can you setup the tuner through Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Live TV & DVRSetup Plex DVR (or is your tuner still listed there in case you migrated from an existing server)?

Not sure how this pic is going to lay here, but this is what I see when clocking on the link in my Synology NAS.

I do not see any reference to a server or TV & DVR.

Mind you this is also after an upgrade to the PLEX software on the Synology NAS.

Looks like you have none of the server settings to start with.
Are you accessing that server of yours through its local IP address (no sync “direct access” URL or something similar)? It could be you signed the server out when you reset your password(?) – in that case you first need to reclaim your server

This image shows my URL and default page when logged in. I do not see any other way to log into it.

And when I click MORE, I get the following:

And this is is in the Left pane:

Which takes me back to the place where I downloaded the original file for my Synology.

Thank you all for chiming in!

Are you on the same subnet when accessing that URL (10.0.0.xxx)?

Yes. its not a networking issue but thx for making me check.

Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi 2:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::bcb0:d291:ca:edbe%19
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.111
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.254

Do you have different Plex accounts and could it be you’re using a different user than the one your server is linked to?
If your server got into a weird claiming state, you could try using this script to properly reclaim it:

OK, I am the idiot. Awhile back, I changed my network subnet from 192.x.x.x to 10.x.x.x. I changed the IP of the Server through a terminal interface. But neglected to change my DNS and Default Gateway. So contrary to what I noted before… It was a network issue. Once I changed the IP of the DNS and DG (mainly the default GW). everything is working now.

I stumbled across this by trying to perform what Tom had just noted. But I wanted to do it from the NAS interface. So I when to the ezInternet and the first thing it said was that I needed to define a DG. Of course in my ( I know I have a DG defined) mind voice, I tried to play it little game. But to no avail. I then went to the control panel and saw that the DG and DNS were set with the old 192.x.x.x addresses and no wonder it did not work!

Ugh!

Thank you all!
