Synology Plex Media Server continually Says "Looking For Servers..."

Dear Forum,

My Plex Media Server continually Says “Looking For Servers…” and will not connect. It is a Synology DS214 Play I tried reinstalling the operating system of the Synology to DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 1. but this did not help.

I am totally lost for ideas your help would be most appreciated.

I have the same problem on my Asustor NAS.
Both my NAS and PC are on the same network. By accessing plex web app on my NAS (by integrated browser, so no firewall or antivirus is involved) the server lookout is infinite.
No server or network management options available.
I’ve tryed the same task on my Win10 PC and shortly after installing plex the software identify the PC as a new server.
Have you some tips for it^
