Synology-You do not have access to this server error

Server Version#:1.24.4.508 - Synology
Player Version#: web
DMS Version: 7.0-41890
I’ve got a brand new Synology DS1520+ with the latest and have installed the Synology Plex package on it. I have tried a direct install, and (after having deleted all files), an install with token. In each case I get the Not Authorized/You do not have access to this server error. I DID get the popup that I had claimed the server when I tried the token method. I’m new to NAS so don’t know what else to try. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Thanks for the reply. I had seen the IP ending in .10 in the log and wondered about it as it is an AP on my network. The default The URL I was sent to was pretty strange (attached) so I just followed your link example and it works fine! Now I have to set it up like the one I’m replacing from my Mac. BTW Safari worked fine for the token. Thanks so much for your help.
