Hello! I was hoping to get some help here. I have a user account made for children, and I have set a “Sharing” “Label” to all of the movies that I want them to see.
I then set the restrictions on that user to only be able to see items with that label.
When I login as that user, it only shows 55 movies. (I know that there are 211).
But what is strange is that when I filter the content by rating (“G” and “PG”) I see movies that are not showing on the main screen.
How can I get the “All” filter to actually show “All” of the movies?
SOLVED: Turns out it was because the missing movies are in collections. I had to tag the collections as well to get them to show up.
