I created a kids home user to restrict movies for my kids but when I browse their movies some of them are missing. Now I change the filter from title to release-date all the movies show up and it does this for all my devices which are windows and android devices. I can also search for a movie that doesn’t show up and it will appear under search so I think the issue is under the title filter. I wanted to bring this to someone’s attention so the issue can get resolved.

I was able to fix my problem, its just plex is very specific on permissions. I enabled collections under my movies and plex denied all access to all collections for my kids so, I just gave them access ,via sharing label, to the collections that they should have access to according to rating and fix the problem. Ratings are very specific also so if you have a tv show in your movie collection that has a tv rating make sure you add that rating under the movie restriction rating section.
