I’ve edited all of my music in AudioRanger, downloaded the right Album Covers and then ensured that the pertinent Artist and Album names, etc, are in each of my files. The MP3 files are all stored into one folder as there are hundreds of music files that I don’t want to have to make a folder for.
When Plex reads the files, it chooses the first Alphanumeric name in the list and puts every file into one large album based on the first file. Example: the band “10,000 Maniacs” would be the name of the artist and album for a Celine Dion song or 2PAC. A check of the file in MP3Tag shows that everything is correct and no errors. I’m running the latest Plex Server from Windows and NVIDIA SHIELD
Not sure what’s going wrong here because I know that the other MP3’s that I didn’t use Audio Ranger for work well. I’ve interchanged Personal Library and Local Library scanning but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Help?
