Ok new question…when I go to change the Settings/Web Interface I make a few changes and go to save my changes. It tells me it has to reload, which is fine, but when it comes back up its like it reloaded with a clean system. None of my changes are saved. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

You can probably look in your Tautulli logs (if it’s even able to save them) and see permission denied during write errors when trying to create / edit the configs (and maybe logs)
Ahhh makes sense…sorry for the newbie question.
Maybe you can assist with some config changes. I have set HTTPS on, which works fine. I also enabled Create Self-signed certificate, and in this section are the HTTPS Domains and IPs. Localhost is set by default. I use an internal domain that is not broadcast out to the public. Should I enter it in the domain section? Second would it be advisable to enter the real IP of the Tautulli server in the IPs section?

Ok…I have decided to put Tautulli on my Synology NAS. All good there. I can access Tautulli, but when I try to verify the Plex IP it tells me it cannot find it. Funny thing is that the PMS is sitting on the same Synology NAS as Tautulli. What am I doing wrong? I checked the FAQ but did not see anything that explained it.

@shark2k Your screenshot shows Family Guys - S10E03, but your activity XML is for S10E02, and your media info XML is for S10E03.

Tautulli hasn’t been ale to connect for a few days. Can’t seem why. The server is found but the websocket is having problems, I think. Logs attachedtautulli (2).log (1.9 MB)

Hey, Dont know exactly when my problem started. Maybe since I changed my hardware. The problem is that I dont get any email notifications when,for example,a movie starts playing.
But,when pushing the "test email " button in notification agent,it works perfectly fine.
Somebody can help me here please.
