Technical Help - No longer working after moving to new apartment

Hi All,

This post is regarding technical help on Plex. If this is not the appropriate place, please move my post to the correct forum.

I have successfully been using Plex on my FreeNAS for a while now. It was accessable both through LAN and WAN. I am using a TP-Link C5 AC1200 Router. No problems.

Now, I have moved to a new apartment with a different ISP. I hard reset my router back to factor defaults. I can no longer connect to Plex either on WAN or LAN. The only way I can access it is through the web portal from the Server itself on FreeNAS. I have already restored the port forwarding settings on the Router.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue? The only thing that has changed is that I’m now in a new apartment with a new ISP (Time Warner Cable. Before I had Fios).

I have poured over the internet searching for solutions for the past 4 days and nothing has worked. Please let me know if there’s any more information I can provide.

Yes, using Static IPs. But I don’t think it’s an IP issue. My router has correctly identified all devices and their correct 192.168.x.x IPs.

I am able to connect to the FreeNAS box web interface as well as the Plex web interface at 192.168.1.(xx):32400

I uninstalled/re-installed PMS and still unable to connect to the server locally.

Any thoughts?
