Just wanted to say how much I enjoy Plexamp with all the improvements from the last 18 months. Thanks for all the hard work that goes into it.
One example is that I use a Chromecast Audio with optical connection to my receiver. This is a great way to enjoy high quality sound without spending loads of money on hardware. In the past I used to have issues with seeking and also with Plexamp forgetting what it was streaming. This is much better now (though it does still occasionally stop showing what’s currently streaming - but it’s now easier to get going again with a confirmation dialogue to start casting over an existing cast).
I’ve also started using the macOS player and it works really well - stable and low memory usage.
I know how hard it is developing software and you mostly only hear about problems, so I wanted to take a moment to appreciate what works. There are still improvements to make, so keep up the great work and thanks again for a great app that makes the Plex experience better.
