The Dashboard disappears for no reason

Hi,
recently was released a new feature for plex pass users, the dashboard.
When I click on settings I don’t see this feature. Luckily I save a link https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/server/80bcca645426826b8ed3689e6b3c2e40c11f8f68/status/server-dashboard and when i click on it, the dashboard appears again.

Does anyone have my same problem and solved it?

Can you please explain what you mean with “it disappears”?

Just in case… the dashboard requires the latest version of Plex Web (v3.81.x) which is currently only available in the hosted web app (https://app.plex.tv) – it’s not yet included in the local server install. Hence if you access the server locally, you won’t find the dashboard (yet).

Hi,
first of all thank you for your help.
I upload the two pics, regarding what I see.

Actually I have the plex server version Version 1.14.1.5488. How can I have v3.81.x, sorry I don’t understand this point.

There’s basically 2 versions of Plex Web (Plex’ web app).

  1. the hosted version (https://app.plex.tv/desktop)
  2. the version locally installed with your Plex Media Server (https://your-pms-ip-address:32400/web)

The hosted version is always the newest release and will be included in a subsequent PMS release (usually several weeks later).
The version of Plex Web included in your server should be v3.77.4 (check Settings > Web Client > General). The hosted app is version 3.81.1.

Since the dashboard can only be displayed using version 3.81.1 (or higher… in the future), you currently need to use the hosted web app to be able to access it.
