when i use windows client or ios client, the gpu transcoding works fine.
but when i use xbox client or web, the gpu transcoding doesn’t work.

Can you explain why you think the gpu transcoding is not working? Looking at your logs, it looks like it’s working to be.

I didn’t see the Windows client, but for iOS I see that it doesn’t need to transcode the video, it’s a video stream copy.
i play the video(4k 10bit h.265) on ios and web, and set transcode to 1080p.
at the same time i check the server’s taskmanager.
ios device play the video, the server’s taskmanager shows that gpu load about 60%
web play the video, the server’s taskmanager shows that gpu load only 5%

That’s odd. The playback for iOS doesn’t match what I saw in your previous logs. It showed no video transcoding so your GPU load should have been really small. I don’t know why you would see 60% load.
For your recent playback with Web, PMS shows it is using your GPU.

Can you check the dashboard instead of looking at the task manager?
